During the 7 days of retreat you will not just wake up early, do some exercise, drink some detox shots and eat vegetarian food, however it would be an extensive experience of training and practice for you to learn & understand the simplicity of life and how easy it is to stay healthy in a sustainable way and carry it with you for the rest of your life.

  • Your body will be trained to do Classical Hatha Yoga Asana practice in mornings & evenings and you shall learn to continue your practice even after the retreat
  • Pranayama will be an integral part of the day, "Just learn to sit STILL" & experience the effortless freedom of your breath and the art of focusing. Several health benefits to follow with this art of regulation of breath & control of mind
  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Sessions will be focused to enable you in a systematic way so that you learn and adjust with health habits and are able to follow a healthy lifestyle as a way of life and not just when you are 'on' a diet, which is not sustainable and long-term.
    • Learn Nutrition beyond portion control, counting calories and measuring inappropriate weight gain or loss methods.
    • Understand FOOD as Blessings, Nurturing, Memories & NOT an Equation of Macro or Micro Nutrients
    • Objective and purpose is to look at health NOT ONLY a measurable parameter, (e.g. read weighing scale, inch tape etc.) Rather, We target and work on improving the metabolic parameters like sleep quality, energy levels, GUT health etc.
    • Our team strongly believes in helping the participants to be empowered, educated and evolved for a lifetime with an eating pattern that fits into their work schedule and lifestyle, and hence making is sustainable and not a FAD, and eventually it will become a way of life and not a temporary fix for a wedding, holiday etc.
    • Learn the simplicity of how, how much and when to eat, and improve the overall digestive system that enables fat loss & not health loss.
  • Kriyas - are cleansing practices and they will also be introduced for the participants to benefit and continue following the thereafter
  • Evening Chanting & Activities - will be focused on Meditative Therapies like walks, explorations, self-introspection & indulgence
  • Yoga Nidra - The Art of Blissful Relaxation - will be an exclusive session, a systematic system of Physical, Mental & emotional RELAXATION. Its sleep after throwing off all the burdens, It is a state of total relaxation of your inner self.
