Vaatalya Community Retreat, Solan Himachal Pradesh | 105 kms/3.5 hrs from Chandigarh.

You would be staying at a hidden nine-acre mountain top with a 360 oceanic view of almost 12 districts of Himachal & a planetarium view of the sky. The sky is so big that you can witness the sunset to the sunrise in the same sky. Where every meal is a farm to table experience and every day in the program you will move one step closer to adopting a sustainable lifestyle for your healthy future.

WAYS TO REACH TO THE VENUE

From Chandigarh (Most Convenient)

Taxi: Hire a taxi from your pick-up point to Vaatalya. Approx cost INR 3600-3800 one way

Self Drive: Parking is available at the retreat.

Distance/Time from Chandigarh to Vaatalya: 105 km/ 3.5 to 04 hrs


From New Delhi

Train: Book train no. 12011 is named as Kalka Shatabdi. It leaves New Delhi at 07:40 on day 1 and reaches Chandigarh at around 1100 am on the same day. Hire a taxi from Chandigarh station to Vaatalya

Taxi: Hire a taxi from your pick up point at New Delhi to Vaatalya

Self Drive: Parking is available at the retreat

From New Delhi

Taxi from Shimla: Hire a taxi from Shimla to Vaatalya.

Self Drive: Parking is available at the retreat.

Bus from Shimla: Hire a local bus from Shimla Bus stands to “Piplughat”. From Piplughat hire a taxi to reach Vaatalya

  • Asana practice to improve Consistency, Commitment, Concentration & Calmness
  • Work on all Key Aspects of Exercise - Flexibility, Stability, Strength, Stamina
  • Learn the Art of Focusing with Breath Regulation & Control over mind. Understand the core essence of PRANAYAMA PURAKA (Inhalation) RECHAKA (Exhalation) KUMBHAKA (Retention)
  • Improve overall Neuromuscular & Endocrine System
  • Connect to your intuition & Eat Mindfully
  • Heal your relationship with food, stop over and emotional eating
  • Heal your Gut Health, improve digestion; get rid of bloating, constipation, pain, acidity & IBS etc.

The program is specially curated for a small group of participants, there is Fixed cost incurred on every participant & hence the payment has to be paid in full, 2 weeks before the start of the retreat.
